What stacks do your engineers work in?
Python, Node.js, React and modern JavaScript, Laravel and PHP, Ruby on Rails, WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, and the databases, queues and APIs around them. They are senior engineers who work AI-native: agents draft inside the stack you already run, and the engineer reviews, corrects and ships. If your product sits on something else, bring it to the call and we will tell you whether this is the right seat for it.
Where are the engineers based?
In Colombia. The engineering lead and account management are in Orlando, FL, so every engagement has a US-based owner.
What is the time zone?
Colombia is on GMT-5 all year: the same as US Eastern Standard Time, and one hour behind Eastern Daylight Time. Your developer keeps your working hours, Pacific or Eastern.
Do the engineers speak English?
Yes. Slack, tickets, code reviews and calls happen in English. Spanish is available too if your team prefers it.
How fast can we start?
Book a call so we can scope the role and the stack. Most engagements start within two weeks, with access to Slack, tickets and a staging copy of your site from day one.
Is there a part-time seat?
Yes. A part-time senior developer is 80 hours a month, on your hours, from $2,500 a month, and includes an open license to one of our e-commerce platforms. The full-time seat is 160 hours a month, $3,900, and includes all three. Both are month to month.
What is the open license?
Every seat comes with an open license to our e-commerce platforms: Revive (AI sales agent for WhatsApp), Second Order (retention marketing platform), ROAS Link (marketing attribution platform) and Pete Panel (hosting and deployment platform). Your developer starts from the running platform, source code, database schema and prompts included, and shapes it to your store. If you later stop the seat, the platform keeps running on a $900 a month license with hosting and support, and updates move to an on-demand model at $60 an hour.
What is the minimum duration of a contract?
One month, paid in advance. After the first month you can pause or cancel at any time; there is no long-term contract.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Each month is paid in advance via PayPal or Payoneer, in US dollars. Annual prepayment is available on request.
Is there any additional tax charge?
No. Colombia has very favorable conditions for the export of services and free trade agreements with the United States, Canada and the European Union, among others. The monthly rate is what you pay.
